Day 18 November 17th, I did cardio today. I did a 30minute elliptical session where i would go intensively for 1 minute and recover for 30 seconds.Was unable to hit the gym this week due to events during the week. Used my spare time to workout and i did cardio for 30 minutes. I ended my cardio session with static stretches

Day 17 November 14th i was not feeling good all week so i did not go to they gym. I instead did a at home workout. I worked out my chest biceps shoulders and abs. For chest i did 3 exercises of 3 sets of 10-15 RM. Onto biceps where i did 3 exercises of 3 sets of 12-15 RM. For shoulders i did 2 exercises of 3 sets of 15RM. finally abs i did 3 exercises of 10-15 RM. I finished off with static stretching. Bicep curls 3 sets of 12 RM Dumbbell shoulder press 3 sets of 15 RM Crunches 3 sets of 30+ RM Push ups 3 sets of 15 RM

Day 16 November 10th i went to the gym with my girlfriend. I forgot to take pictures but i do have one video and a picture of me and her at the gym. We worked out Legs triceps and shoulders. For legs we did 3 exercises of 3 sets of 10-15 RM. We then moved onto triceps where we did 3 exercises of 3 sets of 15 RM. We then finished our workout with abs where we did 3 sets of 30+ RM. We finished woth static stretching. After our workout                                                   Vertical Jump exercise 3 sets of 8-10 RM

Day 15: November 6th i went to the gym with my brother. We worked out back biceps and abs. We started with back, we did 4 exercises of 3 sets of 8-12 RM. Then we went to Biceps where we did 3 exercises of 10-15 RM. Finally we went onto abs where we did 4 exercises of 3 sets of 10-30RM. We finished our workout with static stretching. Incline Dumbell curls 3 sets of 10RM Crunches 3 sets of 30+ RM Pull ups Max sets, max reps

Day 14: November 3rd I went hunting during the weekend. This included a lot of walking and climbing over obstacles. I had a lot of stuff on me so it made it a workout and a half. I walked at least 15-20 minutes everytime i walked the trail, I found it hard with the equipment i had on, it was a good sweat. Day 13: November 1st i went to the gym by myself. I worked out chest, triceps, shoulders and abs. I did a 10 minute jog to get warmed up for my workout. I started with chest where i did 3 sets of 10-12 RM on 3 exercises. I then went onto triceps where i did 3 sets of 15 RM on 2 exercises. I then went to shoulders where i did 4 exercises each 3 sets of 10 RM. Finally i did 3 abs exercises each 3 sets of 15-45 RM. I finished with a static stretch at the end.  *(Forgot to take picture of ab workout)* Tricep extensions 3 sets of 15 RM Dumbbell Lateral Raise 3 sets of 10 RM Chest press 3 sets of 10 RM

Day 12: October 26th  me and my girlfriend went to the gym where we did chest, triceps, legs and abs. We started with a 10 minute resistance elliptical session. We then moved on to Legs where we did 3sets of 12-15 RM. Then onto chest where I did 3 sets of 10-12 RM. Onto Triceps where we id 3 sets of 15 RM. Finally we did abs where we did 3 sets of 15-30 RM. We finished with static stretching. Outer thigh abductor 3 sets of 12 RM Tricep extensions 3 sets of 15 RM Hip thrusts 3 sets of 10-12 RM Oblique Heel touches 3 sets of 15 (Forgot to take pic of chest workout)
