Day 15:

November 6th i went to the gym with my brother. We worked out back biceps and abs. We started with back, we did 4 exercises of 3 sets of 8-12 RM. Then we went to Biceps where we did 3 exercises of 10-15 RM. Finally we went onto abs where we did 4 exercises of 3 sets of 10-30RM. We finished our workout with static stretching.
Incline Dumbell curls 3 sets of 10RM

Crunches 3 sets of 30+ RM

Pull ups Max sets, max reps
