Day 16
November 10th i went to the gym with my girlfriend. I forgot to take pictures but i do have one video and a picture of me and her at the gym. We worked out Legs triceps and shoulders. For legs we did 3 exercises of 3 sets of 10-15 RM. We then moved onto triceps where we did 3 exercises of 3 sets of 15 RM. We then finished our workout with abs where we did 3 sets of 30+ RM. We finished woth static stretching.
