Day 13:

November 1st i went to the gym by myself. I worked out chest, triceps, shoulders and abs. I did a 10 minute jog to get warmed up for my workout. I started with chest where i did 3 sets of 10-12 RM on 3 exercises. I then went onto triceps where i did 3 sets of 15 RM on 2 exercises. I then went to shoulders where i did 4 exercises each 3 sets of 10 RM. Finally i did 3 abs exercises each 3 sets of 15-45 RM. I finished with a static stretch at the end.  *(Forgot to take picture of ab workout)*
Tricep extensions 3 sets of 15 RM
Dumbbell Lateral Raise 3 sets of 10 RM
Chest press 3 sets of 10 RM
