Day 17

November 14th i was not feeling good all week so i did not go to they gym. I instead did a at home workout. I worked out my chest biceps shoulders and abs. For chest i did 3 exercises of 3 sets of 10-15 RM. Onto biceps where i did 3 exercises of 3 sets of 12-15 RM. For shoulders i did 2 exercises of 3 sets of 15RM. finally abs i did 3 exercises of 10-15 RM. I finished off with static stretching.
Bicep curls 3 sets of 12 RM

Dumbbell shoulder press 3 sets of 15 RM

Crunches 3 sets of 30+ RM

Push ups 3 sets of 15 RM
